Textile manufacturer Maharam recently partnered up with Nike to produce a limited version of theNike Air Force 1 (One). The shoe was created to commemorate the Swoosh’s 25th Anniversary for the AF1, and is marked by Hella Jongerius’s “Layers” design. Specifically, the shoe incorporates subdued grey, red, and blue tones along the upper that’s offset by a beautiful blaze orange stitch pattern. The Hella Jongerius for Maharam x Nike Air Force 1 will hit retailers later this week and will be officially launched at an invitation-only event at Moss on May 1, 2009. Via Weekly Drop and Ltd.
